Services

Simbio ApS designs and manufactures bespoke interiors, including kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, and custom furniture. Our website provides information about our services, portfolio, and process, and allows you to contact us for consultations.

All services are subject to separate project agreements. The content on this website does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Simbio ApS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.
  • Use our branding, logos, or design elements for any purpose.

Project agreements

Design and manufacturing services are governed by individual project agreements entered into between Simbio and the client. These agreements will specify:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Warranty and after-care provisions
  • Terms for changes and variations

In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail for matters related to that project.

Website use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Submitting false or misleading information
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems

Inquiries and communications

Information submitted through our contact forms or scheduling tools is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual obligation on either party.
